The Role

We are seeking a Japanese Sportsbet Operations Specialist to join our growing Sportsbook department. This role requires a keen interest in sports, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize customer experience by ensuring on-site navigation is user-friendly and optimized for Japanese customers;
  • Review and update customer accounts, process settlements and bonuses;
  • Provide second-level support for Customer Experience Agents;
  • Manage and monitor the Japanese market, site, and promotions;
  • Offer management activities;
  • Manage Sportsbet-specific live incidents for Japan (where applicable);
  • Liaise directly with Japanese commercial and marketing teams to optimize our customer experiences from new customers to existing ones.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Service role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry;
  • You have working knowledge of casino, Japanese, Excel, communication, and crypto;
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems;
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder;
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
