Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our Building Structures group, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our company's mission to create a positive impact on communities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects across design, tender, and delivery phases for turnkey projects;
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in compliance with relevant technical, commercial, and regulatory standards;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
  • Typically 3-4+ years' industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept; Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit Structure (advantageous); Previous experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly regarded.
