Structural Design Expert Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Expert to join our team of professionals based in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting structural engineering, with expertise in designing building structures and a strong pipeline of projects across various sectors.

  • Undertake structural design from concept to detailed, under supervision
  • Work on the design of building structures, as well as maritime and civil structures
  • Conduct site visits during the design and construction phases
  • Complete condition assessments and reporting on building structures
  • Coordinate with external design teams and clients on projects
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Around 3-8 years of local consulting experience
  • Ability to work with external design teams and clients
  • Time management skills and agility to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in designing a range of building structures
  • Skills in undertaking condition assessments of building structures
  • Ability or willingness to assist in fee proposal preparation
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Spacegass, and RAPT software
  • Knowledge of RAM Concept, RCB, and ETABS
