Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to drive our courtesy bus and assist with reception duties at Panthers Port Macquarie.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive members and guests to and from the Club using a portable navigation system;
  • Ensure the safety, care, and duty of members and guests;
  • Sign in members and guests;
  • Report any incidents;
  • Answer phone enquiries;
  • Process club membership;
  • Assist with general cleaning duties when not required on the bus.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation;
  • Fantastic communication skills;
  • Current and valid RSA, First Aid, Full Australian driver's license;
  • Ability to problem solve.
