","Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the leading voluntary organisations on the Gold Coast, operating four specialized volunteer programs with over 450 volunteers who attend shifts seven days a week. We are seeking a personable and experienced Manager to lead the Guest Experience Volunteer Program in a full-time role.
","About the Role","The Manager for Guest Experience Volunteers will lead and support the largest volunteer program at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, ensuring the volunteer team enhances the guest experience while adding value to the Sanctuary's operations. This is a busy and dynamic role combining leadership, operational management, and volunteer engagement to foster a thriving and motivated team of approximately 200 caring and passionate volunteers.

- Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and strengthen your volunteer programs, including close collaboration with the CWS Guest Services team.","
