About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our new 90-place centre in Macquarie Park.

You will lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of a high-quality early learning program for children, catering to individual strengths, interests, and needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a purpose-built centre, prioritizing inclusive practices and child-centred approaches.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a stimulating, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment for child growth and development
  • Lead consultation processes with children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs

About You:

  • University qualifications in Early Childhood Education and registration with NESA
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, diversity, and neurodiversity
  • Experience with pedagogical practices informed by the Early Years Learning Framework and best practices in inclusion
  • Skill in providing quality experiences and inviting learning environments for children
