Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a Casual basis. As an educator at Ngala, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
- Design and deliver engaging activities that inspire learning and development.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and excited to learn.
- Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
- Evaluate and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- A solid understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young children.
- A valid Working with Children's Check.
- A National Police Clearance within the last 6 months.
