Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Victoria, Australia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales floor team in Victoria. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate the sales floor team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise displays to maximize sales and reduce waste.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing new staff members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a management role in retail or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
