About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative assistance across the ICT Department at Griffith City Council.

This is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2025, and you will be based in Dalby. You will work full-time, but flexible working hours can be discussed with the preferred candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake procurement activities on behalf of the ICT department;
  • Design, implement, and maintain effective administrative processes;
  • Assist in the development of the ICT Governance Committee meeting documentation and take meeting minutes;
  • Pro-actively follow up on various tasks actioned to you by the ICT Manager, Program Manager, and ICT Operations Coordinator;
  • Manage ICT contractors' budget, including tracking and requesting journals.
