Concrete Batcher Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher to join our team on the Wambo Wind Farm project.

Located in the Western Downs region of Queensland, Wambo Wind Farm is a 252MW renewable energy generation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate batching of orders to meet specified mix design requirements
  • Allocating trucks for smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating equipment repair and calibration
  • Supervising and managing staff
  • Ensuring safety standards and demonstrating safety leadership behaviours
  • Maintaining plant and equipment for high utilisation rates
  • Operating Agitator Trucks when required

Requirements:

  • HR drivers licence
  • White card
  • Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience
  • Full working rights within Australia

This role is based on the Wambo Wind Farm project, with a 2/1 swing roster and accommodation provided in Dalby. A daily meal allowance is also included.
