Maas Group Holdings is seeking a skilled Insurance Assessor to assess damage to insured properties and provide accurate reports and repair budgets for insurers to review.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess property loss or damage and determine policy coverage.
- Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders.
- Support the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize customer escalations.
- Determine an appropriate claim fulfillment method that balances customer needs.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder requests within expected or agreed timeframes.
- Experience in the Building and Construction Industry preferred.
- Willingness to travel and spend prolonged periods of time working out of the office.
- Ability to use technology and systems to execute role efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
