Chief Customer Account Manager

Job Overview
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for revolutionizing relationship management, driving account growth and boosting profitability by creating, maintaining and developing deep customer connections with top-level executives.
The Role Responsibilities:
You will drive proactive account growth, minimize erosion in renewals and ensure our largest accounts flourish. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
- Delivering tailor-made solutions for each customer
- Collaborating with sales team members for seamless account management
- Leading one or more portfolio or strategic accounts and generating new opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience running account P&L and managing sales process end-to-end is required. A Defense ICT background is highly preferred. You must have deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
Additionally, you should possess proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends and risks. An open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers is essential. Security Clearance is also mandatory.
A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is required, along with sales experience in technical solutions.
