Senior Business Operations Lead

The position of Senior Business Operations Lead is a key role within our executive leadership team, responsible for ensuring the organisation operates to the highest levels of compliance and in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures.

This role will involve:

  • Providing expert advice on business support functions to enable the Board, sub-committees and staff to function effectively and efficiently.
  • Overseeing and delivering papers and minutes for all Board and sub-committee meetings.
  • Reviewing By Laws, constitutional changes and maintaining the Risk Register and risk framework.
  • Overseeing finance and integrity functions and ensuring sound financial management.
  • Embedding a culture of child safeguarding and influencing stakeholders.
  • Influencing and contributing directly to our culture and bringing our values to life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A qualification in Law/Governance, Business Management or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a role with a strong focus on policy, governance, integrity, finance, risk and compliance.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management and communications.
  • A love of sport and a strong desire to contribute significantly to the growth of tennis.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
