About the Role:

Fisher Investments Australasia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our high-net-worth clients by managing operational aspects of our firm's relationship with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process and reconcile client transactions, including account openings and closures
  • Collaborate with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for all client inquiries
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our investment products and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
