Our services are designed to upskill customers and support them in mature usage of the Google Marketing Platform for greater returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing Digital Marketing knowledge and expertise to enhance customer usage of the GMP and maximize return on investment.
  • Manage customer on-boarding on the Google Marketing Platform, executing system setups, product training and ongoing education.

Account and Relationship Management

  • Remain first point of contact for communication and engagement with allocated customers to continuously strengthen rapport and relationship.
  • Evaluate and collaborate with other departments or external parties to ensure highest level of resolution while managing customer expectations.

Presales / Post Sales / Consulting Support

  • Collaborate with Business team and Solutions team to manage and validate sales proposals, scope of work and customer requirements, pricing and planning of projects being pitched and/or signed off by customers.
  • Maintain appropriate documentations, communications and execution of projects from start to finish to ensure highest quality of service delivery.

Continuous Improvement

  • Advocate and contribute to maintaining the company brand, culture and core values at all times.
  • Continuous self-development to maintain, solidify and improve industry knowledge, personal brand and thought leadership.
