Plan and Execute Memorable Events
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse calendar of internal and external events that leave a lasting impact.
This role involves managing the event execution process from concept to wrap-up, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and partners, and fostering relationships to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the Calendar: Plan and deliver a wide range of events that align with organizational goals and brand strategy.
- Lead Event Execution: Manage all aspects of event planning, including concept development, logistics, marketing, and evaluation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze event outcomes and implement improvements to enhance future events.
- Travel and Logistics: Some local travel may be required, with events typically taking place Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
- Education: A degree in Events, Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- Certifications: A current driver's license and relevant background checks (e.g., police, COVID-19, influenza) are required.
