Event Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead our events team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality events across multiple venues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage and coordinate events from conception to delivery, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • To oversee the setup and pack-down process, ensuring all equipment and resources are in place.
  • To supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To act as the primary client liaison throughout the event, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Maintaining high standards of professionalism is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-12 months experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor.
  • Previous function experience, ideally in high-end or large-scale events.
  • A background in 5-star hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating memorable event experiences are essential.

Knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage are also required.
