Job Description:

Hello Harry - The Burger Joint in North Adelaide is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our back-of-house team as a Back of House All-Rounder. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, working efficiently, and taking pride in producing high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Experience: No experience needed (if you do have experience that is great)
  • Teamwork & Independence: Be a supportive team member with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking: Handle a variety of tasks, including cooking, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties, while maintaining a clean workspace
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and quick response times during busy periods
  • Training: Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple kitchen and foh areas to be an all-rounder
  • Reliability & Flexibility: Must be available for varying shifts, including day, nights and weekends

Position Details:

  • Hours: Casual position with the potential for more hours
  • Training: Full training will be provided
