Job Role Overview

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service from the heart by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Promote loyalty programs and recognize loyalty members as valued guests.
  • Promote and upsell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively, striving to provide exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous front of house experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with regards to shifts, including mornings, nights and weekend shifts.
  • Computer literacy is also required.
