Job Opportunity: Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Front of House Team Member. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently, meeting order accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Contribute to achieving sales and revenue growth targets through upselling and suggestive selling techniques
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding promptly to changing situations and priorities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with regular customers, understanding their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in areas such as hospitality, customer service, and sales
  • Availability to commit to regular training and development sessions
