Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with lab researchers and clinicians to design and implement new analysis and workflow solutions on genomics and transcriptomics data, including single-cell RNA and spatial data.
- Aid experimental design, analyze, and interpret QC data of sequencing experiments.
- Optimize workflows and pipelines for routine data processing.
- PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience in human cancer bioinformatics.
- Strong experience in high-throughput transcriptomics/RNA-sequencing and single-cell sequencing technologies.
- Excellent programming and data analysis skills in R and Python.
- Experience working in a Unix environment and shell scripting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
