We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fuel Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with exceptional warmth and genuine care
  • Build strong relationships with locals and regulars by providing top-notch customer service
  • Prepare a wide range of hot food and snacks, using fresh ingredients to ensure high quality standards
  • Maintain site cleanliness and organization, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash/EFTPOS transactions efficiently
  • Assist with fuel purchases and provide expert advice on car maintenance and repair

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Prior experience in cooking or hospitality is an asset, but not required – we welcome home cooks and professionals alike
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and be available for on-call duties when needed
  • A passion for delivering exceptional results and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
