About The Role

Reporting directly to the Retail Network Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will be responsible for the effective day to day operation of the site and facilities.

Key Duties
  • Drive a culture where the customer experience is a high priority
  • Minimise costs and controllable expenses through effective financial management
  • Efficient stock management, including conducting investigations where required
  • Managing and coordinating the rosters for all staff in the store
  • Support in development of your team members through effective mentoring and leadership
  • Promote a safe, collaborative working environment
  • Work towards targets that include growth in sales, fuel volume and profitability

What You Will Bring To Park
  • Minimum 2 years of Retail Management experience in a similar role – fuel/convenience experience is highly favourable
  • Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work at other Illawarra-based sites when required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High standards of customer service, presentation and teamwork
  • A can-do, collaborative attitude with eagerness to obtain new skills
  • Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail and safety
  • Ability to model the Park Values in your work and empower your team to consistently exceed expectations
  • A strong sense of self-accountability and self-motivation
