Support Specialist – Behavioural Services
Job DescriptionThe role of a Support Specialist – Behavioural Services is to provide behaviour support plans and interventions for clients with diverse intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Allied Health Professionals to develop tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess client needs, identify areas of improvement, and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans. You will also liaise with government departments, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
