Job Title: Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing maintenance activities across plant facilities and equipment.

This includes inspections of critical equipment and execution of engineering improvement plans to enhance plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing both planned and unplanned maintenance activities
  • Serving as the liaison between plant and corporate/regional engineering teams
  • Developing strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness, plant reliability, and long-term asset performance
  • Overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks, optimization of spare parts inventory, and continuous reliability improvements
  • Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules and critical equipment inspection programs to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Tracking and managing maintenance KPIs and ensuring all activities are conducted within financial and operational guidelines while driving cost efficiency
  • Preparing capital investment proposals, including equipment design recommendations, layout optimization, and overseeing implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in plant or facilities maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Experience working in production environments focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency
  • Solid understanding of equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and safety compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams in operational environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
