SITE LEADERSHIP ROLE

This leadership position involves managing a team of Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors, driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

  • Lead and manage site maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to achieve high compliance rates.
  • Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Manage repairs and spares effectively.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

We are seeking an experienced leader who can bring strong technical capability, engineering management expertise, and a results-driven approach to this role.

  • Proven experience in leadership and engineering management, preferably in corrugated board manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and foster a results-driven culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
