Your New Role
As an Asset Manager at Australian Unity, you will play a key role in shaping and nurturing our Social Infrastructure Funds Management business by bringing best-practice asset management to life across our Specialist Disability, Childcare, and Student Accommodation portfolios.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safeguarding the value and enhancing the revenue potential of these real estate assets.
- Fostering consistency and high standards in asset management across portfolios.
- Promoting continuous improvement in risk management, regulation, and compliance.
About You
- Minimum of 8 years real estate asset management experience ideally across one of the three industry segments (Specialist Disability Accommodation, Childcare and Student Accommodation).
- Experience in stakeholder management with ability to develop effective relationships.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously, yet adaptable within a team environment to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of management and develop effective relationships with external contacts.
- Motivated, self-starter, driven and solution-oriented with demonstrated initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle changing priorities.
