Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team's performance and providing mentorship to help them achieve career goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of contractual requirements.
  • Encouraging the team to be active in decision-making conversations while considering business objectives.
  • Providing clients with a high level of service, producing value-adding initiatives, and proactive reporting.

Key Requirements:
