We are seeking a highly skilled drainage supervisor to join our high calibre team in and around Brisbane. Working in collaboration with the Area Manager, you will have total control and knowledge of onsite pipe works and drainage for a variety of projects ranging from $5 - $50 million in value.

You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including pipe crews, leading hands, plant operators, labourers, and long-term subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction, qualifications in drainage or plumbing, or pipework installation
  • Extensive drainage/pipeworks background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil construction projects
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program

  • Certificate IV Civil Supervision
