As a Senior Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure the successful delivery of your portfolio of projects. With a robust pipeline of work ahead, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise in a high-performing, transparent, and accountable environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and over 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry, with at least two years' experience specifically in project management. You will also have experience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction, as well as strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure project delivery;
  • Manage team outputs across profitability, efficiency, and human relations;
  • Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance;
  • Build effective relationships with repeat clients and consultants;
  • Ensure a safe working environment.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
