Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to enhance the digital media presence of our organization by contributing to the continual improvement of our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage content on our website to build its online presence and facilitate proactive communications with residents, the community, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure web and PDF content adheres to best practice standards, including readability, SEO integration, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to source, edit, and approve content, fostering effective communication and negotiation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our plans and objectives.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders to develop content that enhances the customer experience.
  • Coordinate content requests and publication schedules to create user-friendly, accurate, and informative content in line with our branding and language guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of organizational information across all platforms.
  • Continuously assess, monitor, and evaluate the website to identify enhancements for future development.
  • Analyse usage statistics and produce reports to inform communication strategy and direction.
About You
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Content Management System platforms and web development.
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Platforms.
  • Practical experience in reporting and analysing web trends, accessibility, readability, and SEO integration.
