Web Development Specialist Role

The role involves overseeing and maintaining the digital presence of Catholic Schools. The ideal candidate should possess a balance of technical expertise, design acumen, and digital marketing knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage websites to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, performance, and ongoing improvements.
  • Design and implement digital projects, including campaigns and third-party integrations.
  • Create user-centric designs and functionalities across digital platforms (CMS, intranet, apps, etc.).
  • Analyse website traffic and performance to recommend enhancements.
  • Stay current with digital trends and best practices to maintain an innovative web presence.
  • Develop and maintain SEO strategies and web standards.
  • Provide strategic digital advice and support to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in website management or digital content roles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

This role involves working with children.
