Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results in a dynamic outdoor recreation environment.

  2. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative, where you will play a key role in shaping the success of our Gosford location. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your primary focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets.

  3. Key Responsibilities:
    • To welcome every customer like a fellow camper and match them with the gear that gets them outdoors faster.
    • To hit sales goals and support your team in smashing daily and weekly targets.
    • To keep the store looking mint – clean, stocked, and ready for action.
    • To own the POS and stay on top of essential store operations.

  6. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of kicking retail KPI goals, a natural people-person commitment to customer-first service, and a team player attitude that thrives in a collaborative culture.
