Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on gear
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and brands
  • Contribute to maintaining store presentation and adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for outdoor activities and gear, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
