You will engage with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored advice, and ensure they have a memorable shopping experience.
You will also contribute to maintaining store presentation and adhering to company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Warmly acknowledge, greet and guide customers towards the best solution for their needs - enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the right gear is chosen for comfort, safety, and performance.
Sales Performance: Achieve store sales targets through effective service and selling techniques.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and brands to offer quality consultation.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is well presented, clean, and stocked.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to transactions, customer service, and safety.Qualifications: Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Passion: A genuine passion for outdoor activities and gear.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
