Job Opportunity:

Field Service Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to multiple sites, shutdowns, and customer fleets across mining and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and maintain heavy machinery
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and conduct diagnostics
  • Commission new equipment in collaboration with the build team
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and departments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have a proactive approach to safety and prioritize precaution and duty of care
  • Positive, proactive relationship-building attitude
  • Creative problem solver with ability to improve efficiency and minimize rework
  • Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Mechanics or equivalent
  • Experienced diesel mechanics, OEM, excavator diagnostics expertise a plus
  • Customer-focused with effective planning and quality outcomes
