The role will focus on providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members in the provision of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for coordinating daily workflow, staffing, and priorities.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in hospital pharmacy, clinical practice, and leadership. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive innovation and influence others.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement new clinical pharmacy services to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve medication management and reduce adverse events.
  • Conduct research and quality improvement activities to drive best practices in clinical pharmacy.
  • Support the training of pharmacy staff and students, promoting professional development and excellence.

This is an ongoing full-time role, but part-time applicants may be considered. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded pharmacy department that supports their development and provides opportunities for advancement.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support, guide, and work alongside your team members to provide a consistently safe, high-quality service.

  • Participate in research activities to drive best practices in clinical pharmacy.

About You:

  • Significant experience in hospital pharmacy, clinical practice, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and influence others.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
