Job Title: Pharmacy Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic hospital pharmacist to lead our Operating Suite Pharmacy service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the clinical pharmacy services in Operating Suite and Anaesthetic Assessment Clinics. This includes participating in Acute Pain Service rounds and coordinating daily workflow, staffing, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide team members to provide high-quality patient care
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient use of resources
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities to drive excellence in pharmacy practice
- Develop and implement new services to improve patient outcomes
