About Our Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to embark on a rewarding career with a world-leading health and lifestyle company.

About the Role

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or deficiencies.
  • Maintain assigned work schedules, adhering to strict timeframes.
  • Undertake deep cleaning tasks and special projects, utilizing heavy equipment and machinery as necessary.
  • Notify management of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs, making adjustments and minor repairs as required.
  • Stock and maintain daily consumable supplies, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Next Gen team, upholding high standards of professional behavior while on duty.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

About You

  • Proven experience as a cleaner, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Able to handle heavy equipment and machinery, with knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate personal integrity, with a strong commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in a professional cleaning environment is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • The ability to consistently adhere to set standards and procedures, with good interpersonal skills and a high-quality personal grooming standard.
  • High school education, with a strong foundation in basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career progression within our organization.
