The Role

As an Assistant Venue Manager at Zone Bowling, you'll be responsible for helping run a multi-faceted venue and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the Venue Manager, provide support when needed, and champion our brand values every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, monitor budget performance, and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with local suppliers to negotiate better deals and enhance our services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or entertainment management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, including conflict resolution, team motivation, and effective communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors, with the ability to negotiate favorable terms.
