Cleaning Professionals Wanted for Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs

We are seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to join our team at Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs. If you take pride in maintaining high-quality facilities and delivering exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you.
About the RoleAs a cleaner with Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. This includes cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated areas, performing routine inspections and maintenance activities, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, and changing rooms.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain given work schedules and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs as necessary.
- Stock and maintain daily consumable supplies.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Next Gen team to achieve shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven working experience as a cleaner, ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Proven working experience as a cleaner is essential.
- You should be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is required.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets is preferred but not essential.
- You must have personal integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning environment is preferred but not essential.
- You should be able to consistently adhere to set standards and procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- High quality hygiene and personal grooming standards are mandatory.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
