Meals Preparation Specialist

This role is available at a residential care facility in Western Australia.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our chefs in preparing meals for residents. As a Kitchen Hand, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing food and beverages according to standard operating procedures.
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers with a consistent high-quality standard.
- Cleaning tasks as prescribed by SOPs or directed by the Chef on duty.
- Advising the Chef on duty of any catering-related issues and needs.
The successful applicant will be able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. We value individuals who are passionate about delivering great service with attention to detail.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs and be able to lift up to 20kg. They will also need to pass a National Police Check.
