**The Role**:
As a Support Worker in York WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**This role requires 3 hours per week of companion care for our client in York. When he is settled and has built a rapport with his new carer he will consider increasing the hours.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
