As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent Brickworks as a front-line company representative, contributing to business development and growth.
  • Support Sales Representatives as required, providing product knowledge and expertise to drive sales.
  • Complete accurate data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure office, work areas and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean and presentable, maintaining a professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the building industry and of building products (preferred).
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
