Site Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall site safety management, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality construction work.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work on two of our Masterplanned Community projects, Tullamore and Smiths Lane. At Tullamore, you will be working in a vibrant suburb with close proximity to leading retail, education and transport hubs. The project at Smiths Lane offers everyday convenience within walking distance of your front door, with a charming village-like setting, a vibrant town centre, abundant green space and high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing short to medium-term programs, work schedules, and labour requirements
  • Conducting quality checks and maintaining HSE standards
  • Pre-empting and resolving construction issues, ensuring progress aligns with the construction program
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar role, specifically masterplanned, medium density residential building projects
  • A trade background and relevant qualification
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
