The role of a Guest Service Agent involves ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.
- Greet all guests warmly and address them by name to make them feel welcome.
- Verify guest information accurately at check-in and check-out to avoid any discrepancies.
- Provide guests with detailed information about local attractions and services available in the area.
- Manage guest requests, including taking reservations and handling telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping to ensure seamless communication and accurate information transfer.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and feedback to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Exemplary customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Guest Service Agent role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Sihot Software would be beneficial.
- Competency in Microsoft Suite is essential for effective communication and documentation.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- A friendly and approachable attitude to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a casual position with flexible working arrangements.
