About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, greeting and welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and resolving guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Answer and respond to all guest calls, messages, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide accurate directions and information to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions and handling cash.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work a varied schedule, and previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems is also desired.
