Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the possibility of going permanent.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in our financial ecosystem, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable finance operations. Your primary responsibilities will include streamlining invoicing and payment processes, leading debt collection efforts, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
  • Create and maintain accurate client and supplier profiles.
  • Conduct daily bank account and credit card reconciliations and prepare monthly statements for overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Accountant to prepare reports.
  • Perform general administration tasks.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in A/P, A/R, and Bookkeeping finance operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
