Role Overview

This position requires flexibility to work early mornings, late shifts, and weekends in a safety-focused environment.

The role involves ground handling, cargo handling, and passenger services for aviation clients globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading aircraft baggage efficiently using manual techniques.
  • Transferring luggage to and from aircraft under various weather conditions.
  • Handling heavy baggage weighing up to 35 kg repetitively.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations including sorting, loading, and unloading baggage and cargo accurately.
  • Managing baggage flow for departing and arriving flights using sorting equipment.
Your Profile
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, 24 hours a day.
  • Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32 kg.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Australian citizenship or residency with unlimited work rights.
  • Possession of a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.
