Flight Attendant Job in Australia

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time solo flight attendants based in Brisbane.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Manage the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  3. Provide a caring and personalized service while working on weekends, public holidays, shift work, and some nights away from home.
  4. Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or over.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Be no taller than 173 cm.
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years.
  • Meet one of the following criteria:
    • Completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or
    • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
    • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
    • Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check.
  • Be passionate about your role and committed to delivering exceptional and consistent customer service.
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required).
  • Be flexible and adaptable; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods.
  • Have a high level of personal presentation.
  • Have a natural willingness to please and care for people.
